Women and Clean Energy

RUCISO Kenya has participated in several clean energy initiatives empowering women to adopt the new technology. In Kiambu County, we have trained women on bricket-making using charcoal dust and soil to produce smoke-free bricket that is energy efficient. We are in the process of expanding this project to Soweto Slum and Embu with the possibility of testing other available local materials
