Recognizing that the realization of human rights and promotion of gender equality is based on the principles of human rights and the rule of law, RUCISO creates awareness and sensitization of women and other stakeholders on women’s rights. We managed to disseminate Sexual Offences Act, 2006 among women groups in Embu. We also enhance access to justice through referrals for legal aid assistance for women and youth  whose rights have been violated. We referred women to FIDA-Kenya and Provincial State Counsels for free legal aid. We have been able to carry out some human rights education in Kiambu, Soweto Slums and Embu.
