Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs)

RUCISO Kenya supports OVCs in Embu and Kahawa Soweto Slum, Nairobi to access education through provision of basic services/goods i.e. uniforms, shelter, food & books. In Kyeni, Embu County, we mobilized the community to construct two houses and toilets for orphans and guardians. Mwitethya Women Group and Kahawa Soweto Women Living with HIV/AIDS haves been assisted by RUCISO to take OVCs to school through school uniforms, books and food donations. So far, we have supported 25 children.
