RUCISO Kenya is planning a meeting in which its staff and volunteers will have their newly created gender policy disseminated by to them. The Gender Policy purposes to create a clear vision for RUCISO’s Board and secretariat in terms of what it would like to achieve for gender equality. It also aims to ensure that gender equality and equity are central to RUCISO’s organizational culture, operations and programs at all levels.
