Refresher Training On Spirulina Value Chain for Slum Dwelling Women in Soweto Slum Nairobi, Kenya
RUCISO Kenya is proud to announce an upcoming training targeting 30 slum women on Spirulina Value Chain. The training will focus on how to grow, harvest, process, and market Spirulina. More updates to follow soon.
Urban Agriculture Training of Slum Dwelling Women
In partnership with Marie-Schlei-Verein, RUCISO is organizing an activity aimed at training 20 slum women living in Kahawa Soweto slum in Nairobi County Kenya. Through the training, the women will be equipped with the necessary skills to create for themselves urban farms that will supplement their income and sustenance.
Resource Mobilization Workshop
RUCISO Kenya is planning on holding a workshop on Resource Mobilization. The aim is to discuss its Resource Mobilization Plan and identify its resourcing needs. This will help the organization determine its priorities and take advantage of easily applicable funding opportunities.
Media for Development
RUCISO Kenya is organizing a workshop on the utilization of media for visibility and development. Staff & volunteers will be participating in this 1-day event where they will engage with Kenyan media consultant - Marvel Powerson.
